Terms of Rebate

The following restrictions apply to receipt of your rebate.

1. All applicants over the age of 18 are required to write ABC Apartment Locators^TM on the guest card, application, and lease. If there are two or more applications, be sure that everyone does the same.
   
   
2. Rebate requires a lease of a six month or longer lease term at the property you are moving into.
   
   
3. To qualify for $50.00 rebate, rent amount must be a minimum of $600.00 a month for a 1 bedroom.
   
   To qualify for $100.00 rebate, rent amount must be a minimum of $900.00 a month for a 2 bedroom.
   
   
4. Fill out the rebate form and submit to ABC.
   

ABC Apartment Locators^TM does not share any customer information to outside sources or third party companies. All of our personal or other information is kept strictly confidential.

ABC Apartment Locators^TM reserves the right to modify all rebates, policies, disclaimers, etc., at any time without notice. Basically all rebates will be honored if the renter has met the terms of a new lease and as outlined herein.

Rebate Procedure

User agrees to all the following rules regarding our rebate process. Renters who do not follow instructions, disclaimers, and rules do not qualify for the rebate.

ABC Apartment Locators^TM must be listed on the apartment property's guest card, application, and lease as the rental applicant's referring source.

Renter must sign a 6 month or longer lease. If ABC Apartment Locators^TM does not receive compensation from the Apartment Community for any reason, the renter will be disqualified from any rebate. If the property selected by the Rental Applicant withholds its consent and doesn't compensate ABC Apartment Locators^TM for the renter's lease, ABC Apartment Locators^TM will not be obligated to pay the rebate. The rebate is subject to the consent of the party or Apartment Community the locator represents.

Renter must complete the Rebate Form before the renter moves in. Renter must provide ABC Apartment Locators^TM with all of the required information requested on the Rebate Form.

Once submitted, ABC Apartment Locators^TM will verify all the leasing information with the property. Should all terms and usage be followed with this website, then the rebate will be awarded. If any portion of these rules are compromised, the rebate may not be applicable.
